as per my previous service visits, the staff and technicians performed their tasks effectively and efficiently. The additional work, above the recommended, was taken care of at once. It was great that I did not have to make another trip, at a later date, to get the work completed.
I buy all my vehicles over the phone. I found the car I was looking for at the dealership over the internet and made a call. I had a deal worked out in just a few minutes. I gave the dealership some up front information and by the time I came to pick the vehicle up almost everything was done. I was out of there in a very short time. Both the salesperson and finance person were extremely easy to work with and I was out of there in short order (just what I expect and want). On top of that the dealership offered some nice perks and had great follow up.
We were very happy with the service we had at the Peoria Acura dealership. Mark and Don are as personable and friendly as you can find. They explain all potential service work and charges fully. I also like the clean, comfortable waiting room with complementary snacks and beverages!
The car was dropped off the night before; work completed in a timely fashion; coupons applied and car washed and looked like new. Another good job by the Acura team.
