Came in for my 2nd oil change on a 2018 TLX. Informed I was due for a rear differential drain and fill. Took about the same time it would for just an oil change. The price was reasonable.

As usual, the service was completed on time & with a smile! (& under warranty!) Mark made sure we had a loaner & the inconvenience of not having our vehicle just absolutely disappeared. It's easy to see why Acura has such a good reputation.

The service staff have always taken very good care of us, and this time was no exception. We took the MDX in for routine service & as always, they washed it up for us. I felt like they went above & beyond when I saw that they had also cleaned our Weathertech floor liners that were now very dirtied from the winter months. This made my wife’s day....on her birthday no less! Thanks again for the great service.

I have been a Bob Lindsay Customer for both Honda and the Acura Brand. Both dealerships are well managed with competent service advisors and have the service tooling to quickly identify problems and fix it right the first time. The Acura Dealership is more personal only because it is not as busy as Honda and they know all their customers well. This visit because the low tire pressure warning showed one tire low. What surprised me was within a couple of minutes they had also checked the alignment which showed the low tire also was out of alignment probably because of Peoria's pothole problem. The total service was under $100 and a replacement tire would have been $250 if it had not been corrected.

Don scheduled the service two days out allowing the part to arrive. The service was done in the estimated time and car vacuumed upon completion. No loaner was required but was offered. Another professional job by Bob Lindsay Acura.
