Easy check in process. We discussed the service to take place. The loaner car was ready. They called and let us know what else needed to be done on the car. We were able to pick up the car before closing at 5:30.
Called the service department and Mark said it’d be best if I brought the car in to have it diagnosed to pinpoint the issue. They quickly determined it was the shocks. In their normal oil change (which we did at their suggestion rather than have me come back soon) check of the car, they also discovered my battery was on it’s last legs and suggested they replace it, as well as a filter in the cabin. Well, I’m so glad they did. I live in Bloomington and it saved me a trip. Without knowing the battery was low, I could have been caught out on the road in trouble. They took such good car of me, and I appreciate it. It is a great place to buy and service a car.

Was met by a friendly, professional Service Representative who was expecting me and greeted me by name. Everything I wanted done during this visit was taken care of in a very short period of time, while I visited with the staff in the waiting area.
