Mark Fjelstad (Service Manager) was able to identify the warranty issue on my 2017 Acura RDX. Mark worked with the technical area in California to understand what was causing the constant spikes in error messages. Since I live 90 miles from the dealership he made arrangements to provide a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being repaired. Julia Jenkins was gracious enough to meet me half the distance to make the vehicle swap. Both Mark and Julia followed up after the repairs to see if things were working as expected.
The dealership brought parts to our home and installed them (spare tire kit, license frame). These parts were not in stock at the dealership when we picked up our new Acura RLX at the dealership.
The dealership provided prompt and thorough service. They also demonstrated how they stand behind their work when they took care of a minor issue from a prior visit.
This is the 4th vehicle I have leased from Bob Lindsay Acura, and each time Roger Waldo has been incredibly helpful and pleasant. This time, he and I completed much of the transaction pre-work by email. His responses were quick, accurate, and complete. I must also say that Sandy Schmidt is the best Financial Officer I have ever encountered. She can make you laugh while you write the check!! And, based on previous experience, the Service Department is excellent! Finally, one must remember that the product - Acura - is an important feature that keeps me coming back.
